Refund Policy

Last updated: April 18, 2026

1. Overview

This policy applies to all purchases of paid plans on The Landlord OS, operated by 4 Hour Work Week Holdings Limited. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (“Paddle”), which acts as Merchant of Record for checkout transactions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are handled in line with Paddle's refund policy, Paddle's buyer terms, and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to your transaction. Depending on the buyer's location and the nature of the purchase, this may include statutory withdrawal rights, discretionary refunds, or non-refundable treatment for digital services that were made available immediately where local law allows.

If you believe a charge was made in error, if the product is materially defective, or if you may qualify for a refund under applicable law, contact us promptly and we will help you through the review process.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account › Billing in the app. When you cancel:

  • You will not be charged again.
  • Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free Starter plan (2 units).
  • Your data is never deleted on cancellation — it stays safe in your account.

4. Free Plan

The Starter plan is completely free and does not require a credit card. There is nothing to refund on the free plan.

5. Plan Changes

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-cycle, Paddle handles proration automatically. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us and we'll review it promptly.
